Yoghurt Marinade

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste (4 cloves of garlic, 1 lobe of ginger and 3 tbsp vegetable oil blended to a paste)

1 tsp cracked black pepper

½ tsp garam masala powder

½ tsp cumin powder

1 tbsp ground coriander

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tbsp lemon juice

8 tbsp thick plain yoghurt

METHOD:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl till combined. 

 

Place your fish into the marinade and leave for an hour or so. 

 

Then when ready take fish out of marinade and grill or barbeque.
