His Morston Hall Hotel and restaurant has been judged as one of the best 1,000 restaurants in the world, and was recently coted Best Food Hotel of the Year by the Good Food Guide.
Galton will be using ingredients that are in-season' to help encourage everyone to be more sustainable when cooking, without sacrificing great flavour and taste.
